FREE shipping for all orders over 100.00. Or if you come below 100.00, shipping is only 6.95. That’s right, if you live in the USA, shipping is a flat rate of only 6.95. You can choose Express shipping for an additional fee. We use USPS for shipping. Our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Express shipping orders must be placed by NOON (12PM) Pacific Standard Time Monday-Saturday to be shipped the same business day. All orders placed after noon will not be shipped until the next day.

RETURNS:
You have 10 days to decide if your purchase is all you expected it to be. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Your return must be postmarked no more than 10 days from the date you received it. After 10 days we can not accept any returns - NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Undergarments (Nursing Bras, Underwear, Nursing Tanks, Bella Bands), Bathing Suits, Skin Care Products, Special Occasion Outfits and any clearance item indicated as final sale are FINAL SALE - No Returns - No Exceptions.

TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE:
When you order an item at ModishMaternity.com, your purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means that once we deliver your purchase to the USPS, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event that the USPS looses your package we will do all that we can to help out but ultimately it's between you and the USPS to resolve.
